特點(diǎn)：本制劑主要由鎂、鈉、鉀的氯鹽和氟鹽所組成，具有較低的熔點(diǎn)（653K-673K），適當的表面張力，在合金熔煉溫度下熔化成液態(tài)，自動(dòng)形成連續的覆蓋層，由于有特殊無(wú)機添加劑的作用，它會(huì )持續地釋放出惰性氣體，使鎂液表面受到溶劑、氣體復合保護；在爐中長(cháng)時(shí)間靜置不破碎下沉，有效時(shí)間大于三小時(shí)，有害氣體量少，符合工業(yè)衛生標準及廢氣排放要求。

用途：適用于鎂合金和鋁鎂合金的冶煉。

使用方法：用量為1-2%，通常以覆蓋嚴密程度來(lái)確定，在熔煉開(kāi)始時(shí)加入一定數量于坩堝底部熔化后裝入爐料，溶液表面應保持有5-10毫克的覆蓋層。鋁鎂合金加入方法同上，與鋁錠一起熔化，在覆蓋保護條件下加入鎂錠和回爐料。金屬液面如有裸露處，應當及時(shí)補加。
